Laura - Bat For Lashes

Eigenlijk had ik nooit eerder écht goed geluisterd naar Bat For Lashes en het was dan ook door de nieuwe single, Laura, te zien passeren op Facebook en andere sociale media, dat ik (eindelijk) eens de tijd nam. Waarschijnlijk door de verwarring met Battles en consoorten (op basis van de naam) had ik iets helemaal anders verwacht, dus ik werd aangenaam verrast. Dit is echt een mooi, rustig lied.

Wie de bezongen Laura is, weet ik niet (niemand precies...), maar ze maakt me wel warm voor het nieuwe album The haunted man dat op 15 oktober uitgebracht zal worden.
