In 1995, The Jayhawks released their fourth album and it opened with what I still consider to be their absolute best song ever : Blue ! The music shows them at the top of their skills, and then that close harmony singing in the chorus : man, it just gets to you, sticks to you and never lets go again...
Na het al succesvolle album Hollywood town hall brachten The Jayhawks in 1995 hun vierde album uit, Tomorrow the green grass, waarop het prachtige, met samenzang getooide Blue als opener mocht fungeren, nog steeds hun -volgens mij- mooiste nummer ooit.
